Resort Booking Details
All prices are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of tax and service charge.s
50% Deposit payment is required.
Transfer from Thongsala Pier to the resort is available free of charge for 3 day + bookings otherwise at 200 THB per person.
Transfer to/from from Thong Sala Pier to the resort is available free of charge at 12 pm (from the resort) and 1 pm (from Thongsala).
All room rates are for 2 persons including breakfast, welcome drink and all taxes. The Penthouse includes breakfast for up to 4 guests.
Check-out time: 11:00 hrs. Check in time 12 noon.
Maximum of two extra beds per room.
Maximum occupancy is five people per room except some Prestige Superior units, the penthouse and the Prestige Pool Villa Beachfront.
WiFi is available throughout the hotel - small charge.
Each room has a private safety box.
Resort Booking Restrictions
Full Moon Reservation: A minimum stay is 3 nights.
Rooms booked on the full moon period have a 1,000 Baht per night supplement on one of the nights.
Christmas & New Year: A minimum stay is 6 nights.
Child Policy
Free of charge for the second child under 12 years sharing room with parent and existing bed.
Breakfast is 175 Baht for each child.
Extra beds for children under 12 are 600 Baht per night including breakfast.
All villas have an outdoor hydro spa tub and the pool villa has a private swimming pool.
Children under 3 years must be supervised by parents at all times for safety reasons.
Peak season: A minimum stay is 5 nights.

Extra Nights
Superior & Deluxe Rooms - Book 6 nights and pay 5 nights - High and Low Seasons 2012.

All nights include breakfast including the free promotional nights.
Extra beds are included on the free promotional nights.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours notice is required for a cancellation.
Less than 48 hours notice or no shows cannot receive a deposit refund.
Early check outs are charged at 100%.
Deposits are returned less any transaction charges (Paypal at 3.4% per transaction).
